Types of Information Collected
As part of our client records, we may collect and process sensitive personal information pertaining to you. This information may include, but is not limited to, the following (collectively, “Personal Information”):
Identification data: Full name, address, home telephone number, mobile phone and/or work telephone number, marital status, signature, electronic signature, place and date of birth, age, and the names of family members, dependents and/or beneficiaries.
Professional data: Occupation, position, area or department, address, work telephone number and/or e-mail, hobbies, job references, personal references, education and professional experience, among others.
Asset information: Bonuses, salary withholdings, personal property and real estate, credit history, income and expenses, bank accounts and credit/debit card numbers, insurance policies, retirement funds, surety bonds, services contracted and personal references, among others.
Browsing information: Internet protocol (or IP) address, protocol and sequence information; browser language; browser type; domain name system requests; browsing history (including time spent at a domain, time and date of your visit); number of clicks; hypertext transfer protocol headers; application client and server banners; and operating system fingerprinting data (collectively, “Browsing Information”); MAC address, device ID/UDID, or similar device-specific code used for advertising/marketing tracking purposes.
Preferences: Dietary information, favorite orders, and preferences; information regarding your purchases at various retailers; and your physical location.
How Information is Collected
For the purposes described herein, we may collect your Personal Information in diverse ways: receiving it directly from you; when you visit our website or use our online services; when you voluntarily participate in contests and/or promotions we sponsor; receiving it from your computer or mobile device; receiving it from our partners or service providers; and/or when we obtain information from other sources, as permitted by applicable laws, rules and regulations (collectively, the “Law”).
Additional Ways that Information is Collected through the Web Properties
Browser Log Files: Our servers automatically log each visitor to the Web Properties and collect and record certain Browsing Information about each visitor. The Browsing Information reveals nothing personal about the user and includes only the generic information described in the definition of “Browsing Information.”
Unique Identifier: [Although we do not presently do so,] in the future we may assign you a unique internal identifier to help keep track of your future visits. We use this information to gather aggregate demographic information about our visitors, and we use it to personalize the information you see on the Web Properties and some of the electronic communications you receive from us. We keep this information for our internal use, and this information is not shared with others.
Third Party Opt Out: [Although we do not presently do so,] in the future we may allow third-party companies to serve advertisements and/or collect certain anonymous information when you visit the Web Properties. These companies may use non-personally identifiable information (including, but not limited to, click stream information, browser type, time and date, subject of advertisements clicked or scrolled over) during your visits to the Web Properties in order to provide advertisements about goods and services likely to be of greater interest to you. These companies typically use a cookie or third party Web Beacon to collect this information, as further described above. Through these technologies, the third party may have access to and use non-personalized information about your online usage activity.
You can opt out of certain online behavioral services through any one of the ways described below (you do not need to go to each opt-out site; one is sufficient). After you opt out, you may continue to receive advertisements, but those advertisements will no longer be as relevant to you.

Use of Personal Information
Your Personal Information may be used for the following purposes related to our business relationship:
• Marketing the products and services offered by Interex Corp., its affiliates and/or its parent company, Arca Continental, S. A. B. de C. V. and its other subsidiaries (as a whole, “Arca Continental”).
• Processing and handling refunds, invoices, purchase histories, loyalty programs and discounts, promotion notifications, presales and access to partner sites.
• Monitoring phone calls between Interex Corp. and you.
• Updating the systems records or programs of Interex Corp., its affiliates and/or Arca Continental.
• Using the information in the event of a merger, demerger or acquisition involving Interex Corp., its affiliates and/or Arca Continental.
• Meeting the requirements imposed by the Law as necessary to safeguard public interest and law enforcement or the administration of justice.
• Formulating and signing contracts of sale, consignment, distribution, supply or service, among others, according to your needs, where applicable.
• Fulfilling obligations resulting from the legal relationship formed with you.
• Providing the services and products required by you in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Performing consultations, research and reviews in relation to any complaints or claims that you may make.
When Information Is Disclosed
Your Personal Information will not be transferred without your prior consent. The Personal Information collected by any electronic or printed medium for the purposes of the production, marketing, market research and/or promotion of your products, as well as those derived from contractual relationships, will be treated in accordance with the Law, for storage, identification, management, analysis, operation and/or disclosure.

Whether you submit any Personal Information to us is entirely up to you. You are under no obligation to provide Personal Information. However, this information is essential for the provision and quality of some of the services we offer to you, so we cannot provide you with certain services if you choose to withhold requested information.
To the extent applicable, if you do not want Interex Corp. to use your information for advertising, promotional and/or market research purposes you may opt out by following the instructions set forth above under the section “Third Party Opt Out.” You may also limit the use or disclosure of your Personal Information by following the instructions set forth above.
Access and Correction
Your California Privacy Rights
Under California’s “Shine the Light” law, California residents who provide certain personally identifiable information in connection with obtaining products or services for personal, family, or household use are entitled to request and obtain from us (once a calendar year) information about the customer information we shared (if any) with other businesses for their own direct marketing uses. If applicable, this information would include the categories of customer information and the names and addresses of those businesses with which we shared customer information for the immediately prior calendar year (e.g., requests made in 2015 will receive information regarding 2014 sharing activities, if any).
To obtain this information, please send an email message to email@example.com with “Request for California Privacy Information” in the subject line and in the body of your message. We will provide the requested information to you at your email address in response.
Please be aware that not all information sharing is covered by the “Shine the Light” requirements and only information on covered sharing will be included in our response.
Do Not Track Requests
Additionally, because we may collect your Personal Information from time to time, California’s Online Privacy Protection Act requires us to disclose how we respond to “do not track” requests and other similar mechanisms. Currently, our policy is that we do not recognize “do not track” requests from Internet browsers and similar devices.
