Fill a tall glass with cubed ice. Add 2 Parts Topo Chico to 1 Part Pineapple Juice and garnish with a coconut sliver.

- 2 cup(s) Frozen Strawberries
- 2 cup(s) personal watermelon, seeded and chopped
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 cup(s) ice
- 2 12 oz. bottles Topo Chico Mineral Water, chilled
- Combine strawberries, watermelon, sugar and ice in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into two large goblets.
- Open chilled Topo Chico bottles then place one bottle upside down in each goblet.
- Serve immediately.
Sometimes we may drink a little too much and feel horrible the next morning. You just never know……….you may need this drink and thanks to the Cake Chica who's sister Irene who swears by it, this is the Hangover Cure! And you must use Topo Chico or it won’t be the same!
8 ounces Topo Chico mineral water
1 whole lime, juiced
Pinch of salt
1 packet BC Powder
Fill a glass with ice and pour in mineral water, lime juice and pinch of salt together and stir. Sprinkle BC Powder on top and drink up!

2 lemons, juiced
4 inches of ginger root, juiced
6-8 cups of Topo Chico
¼ cup agave nectar
2 cups ice cubes
Grate the ginger on the finest holes of a box grater (cheese grater). With a spoon scrape any of the minced ginger from the back of the grater and into a bowl. Put the minced ginger in a cheesecloth and squeeze the juice into a bowl. If there’s no cheesecloth, the ginger can be squeezed through the hands.
Combine the ginger juice, lemon juice, and agave nectar and add an even amount to 4 glasses filled with ice. Top with Topo Chico and stir well.
- 1 cup Topo Chico Sparkling Mineral Water Chilled
- 6 TBSP Raspberry Flavored Simple Syrup
- 2 TBSP Half & Half
- 6 each Ice cubes
- Whipped cream
- 1 each cherry
Add ice cubes to a frosted glass.
Measure out about 1 cup Topo Chico Sparkling Mineral Water and pour into glass.
Measure out 6 TBSP Flavored Simple Syrup. You can find this type of syrup in the coffee section at just about any grocery store. I found vanilla everywhere but had a hard time finding any fruity flavors. I finally found Raspberry at a beer & wine super store. The bottles cost anywhere from $3.50 to $12 each depending on the brand and will make about 12-14 of the drinks at least.
While this recipe calls for only rasberry, we also tested a mix of vanilla and raspberry and it was ridiculously delicious.
Add the syrup to the soda.
Just before serving add the 2 TBSP of Half & Half to the soda/ syrup mixture. This is cool – as the cream seeps down it makes a really cool design and the floats on the bottom of the glass. Try and not shake the glasses around too much so that the design is preserved – serve with whipped cream and a cherry on top along with something to stir with prior to drinking.
It’s fun to admire the cool swirls of the syrup and cream, but encourage everyone to give it a little stir before drinking so that all the flavors meld.
