Return and Exchange Policy

All sales are final. All products on our store are made to order and cannot be resold. Please make sure you are ordering the correct product in the correct size & color. The women’s shirts tend to run small so if you are unsure of the size you should order, we recommend you order one size larger than you normally wear in a women’s shirt. 

Damaged items

We accept returns of defective merchandise. We will issue a refund for defective merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment.

All products must be returned in its original packaging (when possible) and with all accessories to ensure a full credit.

The following goods are not eligible for return/refund:

  • Shipping Supplies/costs
  • Final Sale Items
  • Health care or personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We may reject the returned product if there is damage to the product and/or product packaging. If a product is deemed unfit for return, we will notify you that the return has been rejected and no refund will be issued. You can choose one of the following options.

  • The product will be shipped back to you and we will charge you the applicable shipping cost; or
  • The product will be recycled.

If you do not select one of the above options within 14 days of us informing you that your return has been rejected, the product will be recycled.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

 Sale items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
